Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the Advocates Association Application (“the App”), provided by Legal Alliances Tec Pvt Ltd. (“The Company”), and your participation in the services and features offered through the App.

By using this App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of the provisions in this Agreement, you should not use the App.

Acceptance of Terms

By using the App, you have confirmed that you are a member of the online Advocates Association and that you have the necessary legal capacity to become a member through this Agreement. You also acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unequivocally agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions as contained and as may be modified from time to time.

App Description

The App is designed to provide a platform for members of the Advocates Association to communicate, collaborate, and access resources related to courts and various other litigation forums. The features and services offered by the App may include, but are not limited to, discussion forums, document sharing, event notifications, and educational materials, sharing of information and cause list.

User Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you may be required to create a user account and may be required to pay for services as may be decided by App Service Provider. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update such information as necessary to ensure its accuracy.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate any provision of this Agreement or if there is suspicion of unauthorized access.

User Code of Conduct

As a user of the App, you agree to:

  1. Use the App for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
  2. Respect the rights and privacy of other users and refrain from engaging in any activities that may harass, defame, or otherwise harm other users.
  3. Not upload, post, or transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.
  4. Not impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
  5. Not engage in any activity that could interfere with or disrupt the functioning of the App or its services.
  6. You shall complete in person all tasks/commitments entered into, through your account by yourself, within the stipulated time for that task.
  7. You as the user are to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using this Application.

Intellectual Property

The App and its contents, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of the Company or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for its intended purposes. You may not modify, distribute, reproduce, publish, or create derivative works based on the App or its content without the prior written consent of the Company.

Limitation of Liability

Neither the Company nor the Association shall be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the App, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Company’s total liability under this Agreement shall be limited to the amount you paid, if any, to access the App.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, your violation of any provision of this Agreement, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

Conflict of Interest

You the user hereby undertake not to engage with any offer wherein there is a conflict of interest. Further, you are required to make a fair assessment with regards to taking up any assignment or offer as to the existence of a conflict of interest, and you are required to reject the assignment or offer in the event of any conflict of interest.

Accuracy of Information

You are required to ascertain for yourself the accuracy of any information provided through the application. Further, neither the app provider, the association nor any person or entity shall be held responsible for the accuracy of information contained or disseminated through the application. Every user shall be responsible for verifying the information prior to acting upon said information.

Modification and Termination

The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the App or any part thereof at any time without prior notice. The Company may also modify these Terms and Conditions from time to time, and your continued use of the App after such modifications shall constitute your acceptance of the modified Terms and Conditions.
